Shows around town: March 25 - 31, 2026
Hey Kids! Here is a list of things happening around town next week.
March 25 – April 1, 2026 Wednesday — March 25
Big shots doing big things:
I LOVE YOU BUT I CHOSE THE MAINE — The Van Buren The local legends return to the heart of the city. It’s a homecoming that doesn’t ask for permission, just a room full of people ready to scream and yell and ditch their fiancé at the altar.
Thursday — March 26 Big shots doing big things:
Lany — Arizona Financial Theatre Pop-rock with a daydreamy edge. These guys have been grinding it out, and seeing them take over a room this size is a reminder that intensity doesn't expire with age.
Humbe — The Van Buren Smooth, soulful, and vital. If you crave music that shows up alive and fully aware of the mess we’re all standing in, see this show.
Classic Albums Live: Led Zeppelin II — Musical Instrument Museum A note-for-note recreation of the heavy stuff. It’s not about the romance of the road; it’s about the hard-earned clarity of some damn good songs.
Friday — March 27 Big shots doing big things:
Staff pick: Jonathan Richman — Crescent Ballroom Possibly the greatest living performer in the world. Truly. He’s THE Jonathan. He’s a poet, a musician, and the voice of a goddamn angel. Go to this. That’s an order.
Darcy & Jer — The Van Buren Part comedy, part chaos. It might be more “Sportsball” and “beer” than high-art poetry, but sometimes you need to roll the heavy problems away for a night.
Saturday — March 28 Big shots doing big things:
Dolly Parton’s Threads: My Songs in Symphony — Arizona Financial Theatre The country queen with a full orchestra. It’s a multimedia experience that proves challenging music doesn't just belong to the past.
El Fantasma — Celebrity Theatre This is going to be jumpin'. A celebration of the scene’s strength where the value of the music becomes immediate, the second it takes over the room.
Jessika Von Rabbit - Chopper John's The High Desert's electro-queen and crew return for a night of rock with a live show you won't forget. Local country favorite Brea Burns is also on the bill that features a set from DJ Davina.
Monday — March 30 Big shots doing big things:
Hippie Sabotage — The Van Buren Expect lasers, dust, and bodies in motion. It’s an apocalyptic ride that hits the Valley at exactly the right moment.
Tuesday — March 31 Big shots doing big things:
The Growlers — The Van Buren Psychedelic beach goth that makes you want to break stuff. These dudes are vital, evolving, and clearly still hungry.
Wednesday — April 1 Big shots doing big things:
Sunn O))) — The Van Buren Loud, heavy, and taking over (or melting) the room. This isn't about comfort; it's about witnessing something real made by people who mean it.
Mariah the Scientist — Arizona Financial Theatre Intimate storytelling with a hybrid-pop foundation. She’s a survivor in a moment when meaning feels increasingly hard to come by.
Mindchatter — Walter Studios Electronic music that doesn't worry about whether it fits neatly into a genre. Go show up early and stay late—it's a small gift to the Phoenix music scene.
